How We Do It
FAAST unites the resources and efforts of individual members to strengthen their responses to the scourge of human trafficking in its various manifestations including slave labor, domestic servitude, sexual servitude, begging, forced combat, and illicit removal of body parts. FAAST's approach is rooted in the ability of faith-based organizations to reach into troubled regions where government and non-governmental organizations are unable to sustain their presence. Despite war, famine, and socioeconomic and political breakdowns, the church structure, through which the Alliance works, often remains intact.
